RWD

Founded over three decades ago, RWD has risen to prominence as one of the foremost yacht design studios in the world. Driven by energy, talent, and creativity, it specializes in conceiving bespoke yacht interiors and exteriors.

The guiding design ethos at RWD is epitomized by the purity of line and beauty of form, which come to life through an artistic, drawing-led approach imbued with character and emotion. Years of knowledge and experience enable the studio to work alongside shipyards, driving aesthetic and practical innovations to achieve the highest standards.

The team comprises 60 professionals specializing in diverse creative roles, including yacht designers, industrial designers, car designers, and architects.

The Collaboration

“RWD has worked with Benetti over many years, bringing two cultures together in our designs. We have spent time with them, and I think that trying to fuse—if it is even possible—Italian elegance and a British line, a very classic line, has been important.

Benetti has given us the space to innovate by giving us freedom, particularly by saying, “Forget what we knew before.” Forget the tradition and with a clean piece of paper, with a younger client in mind, with families in mind, change our association with the sea. This is what we have done, and we believe that as a result, a completely different client will love these new Benetti’s. The elements on the backs of those boats have everything to do with sharing time by the water. So many yachts, traditionally, have lost that intimacy with the water.”

The B.Now 72M

The B.NOW 72M is the flagship of the series and features the largest Oasis Deck® to date. She flows seamlessly from deck to deck, with each expansive terrace sweeping into the next for a genuinely open onboard experience. The signature, open-sided Oasis infinity pool sits within a vast 17-meter-square deck area. Perfectly positioned just above the transom, it offers an unparalleled connection with the ocean, panoramic vistas, and the chance to enjoy complete privacy.

The B.Now 50M

The external lines of this imposing 50-meter yacht carve out large areas dedicated to outdoor life, so much so that about 40% of the living area is outside. The large veranda doors connect the interiors and exteriors of the Main and Upper Decks, crafting spaces with a unique sense of continuity.
